I’m almost finished with The Pink One’s iSpy quilt for the camper. Her top just needs a border and it will be finished. I’m having such a hard time with the border fabric. The first fabric I ordered – the color was just a titch off. It looked more raspberry than red, and in the end, I wanted what I wanted, so I re-ordered. On my re-order, I ordered the wrong size dots. *sigh* So, I re-re-ordered, and whatever shows up from the friendly UPS man next week is what I’m going to use. I simply can’t push it back any longer! At this rate, she will maybe get to use her quilt during our Labor Day camping trip!
While I’m waiting for her border to arrive, I made her binding, and I started working on her back. I did another applique block, similar to the one I did for the back of The Blue One’s iSpy quilt. I’m trying to find the right 5″ squares for the back of her quilt. I don’t have cute girly leftovers like I did on the other iSpy quilt, but I don’t think she’ll care!
Colleen from The Busy Bean is guest blogging for Lee over at Freshly Pieced. I’m linking up to WIP Wednesday.
I think she’ll love it no matter what! By the way, I tried to reply to a comment you made on my blog and you are a “no reply blogger”. I wasn’t sure if you knew that. It means you can leave comments on people’s blogs but they can’t respond back to you. If you want to change it, here’s some instructions over at Shine on.

Melinda – thanks for stopping by. I do know that I’m a No Reply Blogger, and although I’ve changed it with one of my accounts, I need to figure out how to change it with my other one…I need to spend the time and get it fixed though!
What a pain with the border fabric! I think it’s better that you got what you wanted instead of regretting it. If you’re like me it will bug you forever with the wrong one and so much work goes into a quilt you’ll want it right. I love the M for the back too!
