About msminnesota
I'm a wife, mom of two (one blue, one pink), and I work full time. Our family loves to camp, and we're often on mini adventures during the summer. My fall/winter/spring/rainy day hobby is quilting. I started about 10 years ago, then put everything away when The Blue One was born. A few years ago a good friend decided to take up this 'hobby' and I've been back at it ever since. She's my partner in crime (A.K.A. 'the enabler').
I have no aspirations of becoming a quilt designer - I'm just not that good at geometry (I rely on my math major/computer programmer husband to help with piecing backs at times!).
This little blog is my way of chronicling my quilting adventures. Occasionally I post about non-quilting things as well.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't forget to say HI!

Done feels good, doesn’t it. Looks great! Good Job!!
Well, you & I both know it’s not done-done! But it has a date with the long arm on June 1, so I needed to get it finished.
Beautiful!
Thank you!
love the triangle trend.. and those colors are great!
Thanks – they’re so vibrant, I just love them, too!
Looks great, and I really like the hexagon made of purple in the lower left corner. 🙂
Thank you, Yvonne!
Wow it is beautiful! Definite worth all the hours of hard work you put into it!
Thank you! I think so, too!
Your quilt looks great! I love your fabric in all of those triangles! Lots of work – but it was definitely worth it!
That quilt is beautiful! I made a triangle quilt once and was so mad at myself. It took me forever. And it wasn’t this lovely! Great colour choice.
Stumbled onto your post where you posted the fabrics you were using back in March. This quilt is STUNNING! Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much,
Sarah!
OH that is BEautiful!
This quilt is gorgeous! I love your color combo.
BTW, thank you for commenting on my blog, I don’t know if you know you are no reply, so could respond directly. But I’m glad I found you here!
