Well, I did it! Completed the 4 WIPs that I made a goal to complete in the first quarter. Q1 Goal post here.
Finish #1
The Betsy Travel Bag, pattern by Kristi McDonough, @schnitzelandboo. I finished it just in time to take it on my first work trip at the end of January. Here it is in action with my laptop roller bag in my AZ hotel room.
Orange/Blue Plus Quilt
I finished the binding just a few days before our road trip, which was my main goal. It’s a great size for a car quilt! Pardon the random living room floor debris, sometimes you take the pic when you can get it!
Donation Quilt & Kaleidoscope Winter Wallhanging
Done just before the deadline!
I don’t quilt anything larger than a baby quilt on my home machine, I send things out to a local longarmer, so that slows down the process a bit.
Also during the month I made a baby quilt for a coworker using Yvonne’s/Quilting Jet Girl’s tutorial for a quilt from a fitted quilt sheet. Don’t know Yvonne? Find her at @QuiltingJetGirl.
That’s it! I made it! Now on to Quarter 2!!!
