Here we go again. I was four for four with my Q1 goals, and I’m hoping I can keep that trend going for this quarter!
Brendan’s Grad Quilt
My nephew graduates in June and ThePinkOne and I are heading to his party in TX. I hope I’ve got a finished quilt to take along! I’m about 1/3 finished piecing the strips. In the pic the strips are hanging at 1/4 turn because my design wall isn’t long enough! The pattern is New Wave by Elizabeth Hartman. He’s an avid fisherman and I hope he’ll really like this quilt!
B&W Log Cabin
I started this top a couple of years ago. It just needs 2 borders and to be quilted, but it’s a big one and it’s going to be expensive to have long armed, so I’ve been procrastinating on it. But I think I want it on my bed, so I’m going to suck it up and get it quilted and just be done with it (fingers crossed!).
Cheery Christmas Star
This one is likely going to be donated to the hospital auxiliary that my mom volunteers with. Big ole HSTs for the win and a quick quilt top!
Positive Directions
Fishing this one is a bit of a stretch, as I think I only have these 9 blocks done, and it’s not meant to be a mini! I’m going to give it everything I’ve got at my next sewing weekend away though!
This quarter it’ll be a stretch for me to get these banged off my list but I’ll sure make a go of it!
Well done on your four for four last quarter. Hope you have the same success rate this quarter too! Love that wave quilt and the Christmas one too. Thanks for joining up with FAL this quarter.
Great list and congrats on getting all your Q1 projects done! Good luck this quarter from the global FAL Hosts!
Now I want to see if you will complete everything on this list. You can totally do it!
